If you have recently received your I-797 Approval and you have scheduled work in the US, OH Visas can write you a reference and package your application direct to the US Embassy ensuring you meet the criteria for an Emergency appointment.
NOTE
The US Embassy’s ability to fit your emergency appointment in is dependent on their capacity to do so at the time. It’s advisable to allow around 6 weeks for this.
Your NIE will be applied for at the same time. This will annotated to your visa during visa processing. These last 12 months and permit multiple entry to the US when continuing the same applied work.
You will need the following documents to support your application.
- I-797 Approval
- Contract for US work engagement; feat. date, location, activity, fee
- Justification Letter from supporting US entity (OHV will provide template)
- CV / Artist Bio / Employment Contract (pending applicant position)
- Passport ID page
- DS160 Confirmation Page
- Booking Reference: IVR Account Number
OHV will provide you with an invite to our data protected client portal to securely add your personal details for us to complete your DS160.
NOTE
The Embassy appointment fee will need to be paid up front for OHV to acquire your booking reference and make the application.
